Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Windows Server and VMware patching with engineering and operations teams.
• Provide governance and oversight of timely OS patch delivery.
• Create and manage patching schedules and change tickets.
• Address gaps in patch compliance reporting and remediation.
• Lead weekly interlock meetings for patching and manage escalations.
• Support patch management tooling including ServiceNow.
• Serve as contact for audits/regulators on patching matters.
• Maintain operating procedure documentation and liaison with incident management.
