Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a PAT Systems Technician to maintain and validate PAT systems on the manufacturing floor in a GMP setting. You will perform routine maintenance, document tasks in SAP, and troubleshoot unplanned events with vendor involvement on site.

The role focuses on improving uptime, reducing failures, and operating 75% of time in GMP areas, with collaboration across instrument vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or analytical science required.
• Prior experience with analytical systems preferred.
• GMP manufacturing or QC lab experience desirable.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PAT systems on the manufacturing floor are fit for purpose.
• Perform routine maintenance and document using SAP.
• Troubleshoot and investigate unplanned equipment events with vendors on site.
• Improve system uptime and prevent equipment failures.
• Work with limited direction to achieve objectives in GMP space.
