Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies's PCI team seeks a Senior Calibration Technician to calibrate and maintain process and analytical instrumentation onsite at client biotechnology facilities in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Role focuses on calibrations, PMs, and troubleshooting with strong GxP documentation.

The ideal candidate has four-year technical degree or equivalent military training with 4+ years in metrology/instrumentation, and solid CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent military training with 4+ years in Metrology/Instrumentation.
• Quality System/Pharmaceutical experience (GxP) is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of FDA, GMP/GLP and ISO 17025 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate GxP documentation following PCI or client policies.
• Provides guidance to clients and PCI technical resources.
• Mentors PCI Associates and demonstrates PCI values (honesty, integrity, teamwork, commitment).
• Trains Associates on proper use/handling of equipment; supports safety and proper procedures.
• Develops client quotes and proposals; plans projects with time codes, schedules, and test equipment; ensures scope and billing accuracy.
