Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a highly skilled engineer to maintain Process Analytical Technology (PAT) systems on the manufacturing floor and ensure they are fit for use. The role emphasizes routine maintenance, incident investigations, and collaboration with equipment vendors on site to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates will have cGMP experience in biopharma, familiarity with SAP, and a strong focus on data integrity while operating in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cGMPs in biopharmaceutical facilities.
• Knowledge of bio-tech analytical methods.
• Experience with analytical systems, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PAT systems on the manufacturing floor are fit for purpose and ready for use.
• Perform routine maintenance on PAT systems and document activities in SAP.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and address unplanned equipment events; coordinate with vendors on site when needed.
• Improve system uptime by preventing equipment failures.
• Work 75% of time in GMP manufacturing space; gown in cleanroom/production areas.
