The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including: Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies and other dolci. Reports directly to the Pastry Chef de Cuisine; manages a pastry team of about 10 employees.
Compensation: This position pays an annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000
