DO & CO AG in New York is seeking a hardworking Pastry Helper to join our growing culinary team. You will wash, trim, slice, and prepare fruits and pastry ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain clean, organized workstations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fruit preparation or similar kitchen environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with different cutting techniques and knife skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, trim, slice, chop, and shred fruits according to production requirements.
• Prepare produce using various cutting techniques.
• Use knives and prep tools safely.
• Ensure cuts are accurate and meet recipe standards.
• Inspect produce for freshness and quality.
• Assist with inventory and keep the department stocked.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations.
