Qualifications

• One year of experience in fruit preparation, food production, or a similar kitchen environment preferred.
• Familiarity with different produce-cutting and slicing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and product quality.

Responsabilités

• Wash, peel, trim, slice, chop, dice, and shred fruits according to production requirements.
• Prepare produce using cutting techniques including slices, dices, julienne cuts, wedges, and other styles.
• Use knives and prep tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety regulations and report concerns to Hygiene and Food Safety team.
• Support a positive, cooperative kitchen environment.
