DO & CO AG in Boston is seeking a dynamic Pastry Helper to support our pastry production team and assist chefs across stations. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment and opportunities to grow within an international organization.

You will handle fruit prep, plating, and station setup, maintain cleanliness, and adapt to different shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing and plating pastries.
• Use knife skills for cutting and peeling fruit.
• Support multiple stations (fruit cutting, economy packing, juice, basket, assembling and plating).
• Store ingredients and food items according to safety standards; follow guidance of senior staff.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and maintain a cooperative kitchen environment.
