DO & CO in Boston is seeking a Pastry Helper to join our vibrant pastry team. You will assist with mixing pastry products, plating fruit salads and pastries, and support the kitchen across multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products.
• Plating cold meals such as fruit salads and pastries.
• Use knife skills for cutting and peeling fruit.
• Work at multiple stations (fruit cutting, economy packing, juice, basket, assembling and plating).
• Store ingredients and food items according to safety standards and follow chef guidance.
• Assist kitchen staff to unload supplies from delivery trucks.
• Maintain a cooperative, smooth working environment.
