The ideal candidate has hands-on pastry production experience, strong baking techniques, and the ability to follow recipes precisely at scale.

• Ability to follow recipes precisely with portioning and finishing.
• Knowledge of pastry ingredients, doughs, batters, creams, sauces.

Aufgaben

• Support culinary team and kitchen readiness for service.
• Prepare pastries, desserts, doughs, batters, creams, fillings, sauces, garnishes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and speed in a high-volume environment.
• Measure, mix, bake, portion, assemble, and finish pastry items.
• Operate pastry equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitary workstation at all times.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO.
• Communicate shortages or needs to leadership.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changing service demands.
• Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
