Drake’s Hollywood is seeking a Pasta Prep Cook to support a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen focused on fresh pasta. You will prepare doughs, fillings, sauces, and related ingredients to exact recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality across dishes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on pasta experience, strong organization, and a sense of urgency. This role emphasizes food safety, team collaboration, and reliable execution in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience with fresh and extruded pasta in high volume kitchens.
• Experience with pasta dough prep, rolling, shaping, and storage techniques.
• Food handler certification as required by state and local agencies.
• Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef and kitchen team with daily tasks for service readiness.
• Prepare and produce fresh pasta doughs, fillings, sauces according to recipes.
• Execute prep tasks with accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Operate and maintain pasta-making equipment safely and correctly.
• Portion, shape, cut, and store fresh pasta with consistent presentation.
