AVAILABILITY

Available to work 40 hours per week every week.

Weekends and early mornings.

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO

• Work with high-quality ingredients, including unique spices, hand‑selected artisan ingredients, and local farms.
• Mix and shape bread, make cookies, cakes and laminated pastries.
• Production for upscale restaurant plated desserts.
• Prepare restaurant line items.
• Work in a high-volume restaurant with a high-volume café/bakery.
