Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets (production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized, hazard‑free storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure items are served per menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory accuracy.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; mentor growth, morale and teamwork.
• Maintain safe working environment and train/mentor staff.
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checklist and recommend equipment replacements.
• Proficient in multi‑tasking and cover for absent staff when needed.
• Attend food service meetings and maintain staff communication.
