• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager with training of Team Members.
• Oversee Team Members and implement strategies to increase productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborates with Bakery manager to prepare a weekly schedule based on projected sales and workload
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Monitor quality of goods and service, while ensuring a fully-stocked display cases.
• Place orders of supplies based on accurate forecasting of department needs.
• Clearly communicates and enforces standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, Bakery conditions and food safety to all team members.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provides flexibility by helping in any area in order to support the store needs.
