Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager with training of Team Members.
• Oversee team members and implement strategies to increase productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate to prepare weekly schedules based on projected sales.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Monitor quality of goods and service and ensure full stock in display cases.
• Place orders based on forecasted department needs.
• Communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and food safety.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and handling inquiries and complaints.
• Support store needs by helping in other areas as required.
