Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a pastry cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality pastries, maintain a clean station, and follow the directions of the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

With 2+ years pastry experience, you’ll contribute to high-volume service, work closely with servers and managers, and help ensure guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and passion for exceptional pastry artistry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pastry cook experience in a restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for food preparation and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality pastries according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks
• Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work and ingredient deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of dishes
