Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry/bakery, preferably high-volume production.
• Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, equipment, and baking times.
• Ability to work long hours on foot in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe; monitor wastage and manage multiple stations to meet deadlines.
• Keep work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with food safety regulations and report issues to manager and food safety team.
