Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a Pastry Cook II to support the production of desserts across dining outlets, under the guidance of the Pastry Chef. You will contribute to high standards of quality, taste and presentation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pastry experience in hospitality, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

As a Pastry Cook II, you’ll be a key member of the pastry team, supporting the production of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and plated sweets served across our outlets including fine dining, banquets, and in-room dining. You’ll work under the guidance of the Pastry Chef to ensure the preparation and presentation of each item meets our elevated standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal.
