Under the supervision of the Pastry Chef, you prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries for all F&B outlets, ensuring professional presentation and quality. You assist in determining quantities, taste-test products, complete production records, develop new menu items, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
You are hardworking, positive, and thrive in a busy environment. You are passionate about baking, have experience in a 4 Diamond or 4 Star hotel or restaurant, and possess solid knife skills and pastry knowledge. An Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry is a plus.
