Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

Under the supervision of the Pastry Chef, you prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries for all F&B outlets following established recipes. You ensure all items are plated professionally, determine appropriate quantities, taste test for quality, and maintain accurate production records. You contribute to developing new products for menus and catering, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workstations during and after shifts.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You are a dedicated, positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for creating pastries, desserts, and baked goods. You take pride in maintaining a sanitary, organized workspace and enjoy working as part of a professional team. Experience in a 4 Diamond or 4 Star hotel or restaurant is preferred. You possess strong knife skills, pastry knowledge, and the ability to handle measurements and conversions accurately. An Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry is a plus. Your efforts contribute to providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
