Responsibilities

• Execute specific pastry techniques including scaling, mixing, proofing, baking and decorating.
• Prepare and plate bakery items to resort and restaurant standards.
• Follow recipe guidelines and maintain product knowledge for smooth operation.
• Understand and interpret Banquet Event Orders, private dining and restaurant orders.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor temperatures during baking and manage spoilage impact.
