What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Preparing pastry items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation standards
  • Stocking and properly storing ingredients and finished products
  • Developing new products for menus and catering as needed
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
  • Displaying baked goods on carts as per specifications
  • Preparing daily requisitions for supplies
