• Must have at least 1 year of experience in pastry/baking.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Bake Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch according to recipes.
• Efficiently run prep list and stock food for the shift.
• Maintain plate presentation and ensure clean, organized work station.
• Follow sanitization standards and food handling guidelines.
