Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment (slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, grill, mixers, etc.).
• Cook, prepare, and assemble items for all outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Read recipes and perform measurements accurately.
• Adhere to food costs, quality controls, and health codes.
• Prepare items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Generate requisitions for supplies for production.
