Selland's Market Cafe Broadway is seeking a Pastry Cook to uphold bakery quality and hospitality values. You will mix, bake, and decorate items to standards, taste for quality, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2-3 years of baking or pastry experience in a production bakery or restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have a valid work permit).
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Excellence in Craft: mix, bake, and decorate products per inventory; taste and ensure quality.
• Operational Pride: own station, manage pars, inventories, labeling at shift end.
• Commitment to Hospitality: maintain guest-ready items and sanitary handling.
• Dedicated Teamwork: work with kitchen team and assist loading delivery vans.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: maintain a spotless, safe workspace.
