Qualifications

• Available to work afternoon/evenings (5:00 am - 2:00 pm).
• Must be positive, attentive, and hospitable.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Preferred 2-3 years of baking or pastry experience in a production bakery or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Excellence in craft: mix, bake, and decorate products according to inventory. Maintain high quality by tasting and ensuring items are prepped and cooked to perfection.
• Operational pride: own your station, maintain pars, fill daily inventories, ensure proper labeling at shift end.
• Hospitality focus: meet guest-ready standards; follow sanitary food handling practices for safety and satisfaction.
• Teamwork: work with kitchen staff and assist in loading delivery vans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Sanitation & maintenance: keep a spotless workspace and follow clean-as-you-go practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Excellence in Craft: Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list. You will maintain the highest standards of quality by tasting products and ensuring all items are prepped and cooked to perfection.
• Operational Pride: Take full ownership of your station. This includes maintaining product pars, completing daily inventory sheets, and ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled at the end of each shift.
• Commitment to Hospitality: Ensure every item produced meets our "guest-ready" standard. You will maintain expert knowledge of sanitary food handling practices to ensure the safety and satisfaction of everyone we serve.
• Dedicated Teamwork: Work shifts as a cohesive unit by communicating effectively with the kitchen team and assisting in the loading of delivery vans to ensure our products reach their destination safely and on time.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain a spotless workspace. You take pride in the "clean as you go" philosophy to ensure a safe and efficient environment for the whole team.

Required Job Skills
