Qualifications

• Proven baking and pastry skills to mix, bake, and decorate according to inventory list.
• Maintain highest standards of quality with taste testing and proper prep/cook times.
• Sanitation and safe handling practices to ensure guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Excellence in Craft: mix, bake, and decorate all products per inventory, uphold quality.
• Operational Pride: own your station, maintain pars, complete inventory sheets, label products.
• Commitment to Hospitality: meet guest-ready standards, ensure safe handling practices.
• Dedicated Teamwork: work with kitchen team, assist in loading delivery vans to ensure timely arrival.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: keep a clean, organized workspace and follow clean-as-you-go principles.
