Qualifications

• 1 year cooking experience, preferably in a club or hotel environment.
• ServSafe certification.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Prepare baked goods and desserts according to club recipes and standards.
• Schedule production of breads, pies, cakes, and muffins to maintain fresh inventory.
• Serve items according to portions and presentation standards.
