Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes, costs, yields and club standards.
• Driver's license or ability to obtain Club training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pastry production of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Assist with recipe testing, tasting and menu refinement.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings and garnishes following standards.
• Support high-volume production for member events and Masters Tournament.
