Cece's Roland Park is recruiting a Pastry Cook to craft desserts, breads, pastries, and ice creams in our pastry section. You will lead the pastry station during dinner service, ensure recipe consistency, and manage ingredient orders and inventory with an emphasis on portion control and presentation.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to health and safety standards, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while supporting other departments when needed.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience on a fast-paced kitchen line.
• Culinary certification preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion control and presentation.
• Strong communication with kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Reading/writing abilities used for recipes, scheduling and inventory.
• Food safety practices understood.

Responsabilidades

• Daily production of all pastry components, including breads, pastries, and ice creams.
• Expedite pastry service and run pastry station during dinner service.
• Manage production schedule for all dessert items.
• Manage and receive inventory of pastry ingredients.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen.
