Qualifikationen

• One (1) year of baking and pastry experience and/or successful completion of the CSCC Capstone Program.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).

• Prepare and produce baked goods, sauces, salads, sandwiches and soups per menu specifications.
• Ensure proper and timely production and adherence to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work spaces, coolers, storage areas and dish tank.
• Collaborate with chefs, culinary coordinators and staff to deliver quality dining experiences.
• Assist with inventory and requisition needs to maintain supplies.
