Set in the vibrant Sonoran Desert and minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s celebrated dining, art, shopping, and nightlife, The Scott is a four-diamond destination with a personality all its own: warm, stylish, welcoming, and full of genuine hospitality. Our culinary team brings that same energy to every plate, banquet, buffet, and guest experience.

  • Store, package, handle, mark, date, and rotate bakery products according to established food-safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain production schedules, cleaning schedules, and an organized pastry workspace.
  • Collaborate with culinary leaders, fellow cooks, and packers to organize and package bakery products for banquets and events.
  • Communicate product needs promptly with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Banquet Chef, and other Culinary Leaders.
  • Support the culinary team with additional duties as assigned.

  • A professional appearance and polished presence appropriate for a four-diamond resort environment.
  • A high level of integrity, reliability, and respect for guests and fellow team members.
  • The ability to work in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
  • The ability to grasp, lift, carry, move, and/or push products weighing up to 200 pounds.
