Job description

Cuisine Boulud, an exclusive catering partnership between Dinex (Chef Daniel Boulud) and Lifeworks, is seeking dedicated Pastry Cooks who are looking for new challenges and future growth. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a desire to be part of an excellent team are essential. Candidates should be hospitality-minded and focused on personal and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Possess full knowledge of the pastry menu and general pastry techniques, including principles and formulas related to starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs, and flavorings.
  2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Be responsible for the production and organization of the pastry station, including dessert production, rotation, and proper usage of ingredients, along with professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
  4. Work both in production and during service.

Position requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of pastry cooking experience; experience in fine dining is a plus.
  2. Full availability, including daytime, evening hours, and weekends.
