Job Description

Join our kitchen team as a Culinary Artisan, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Whether specializing in savory dishes or desserts, you will showcase your culinary skills and leave a lasting impression on our patrons.

  • Order supplies as needed by initiating requisitions and completing work orders to maintain the physical plant.
  • Review function sheets and requisitions, preparing a daily task list.
  • Prepare mise en place for daily operations.
  • Practice good stock rotation, storage, and handling to minimize waste and spoilage.
  • Assist in supervising and training other cooks.
  • Maintain a clean work area, adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Report any suspicious persons in the kitchen.
  • Organize outlet orders and needs.
  • Rate of pay: $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Formal training or education in culinary arts, focusing on pastry and baking techniques.
  • At least one year of Cook III level or previous Cook II experience.
  • Proficiency in various baking methods, including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts.
