Job Description

Join our culinary team as a Culinary Artisan, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Whether you excel in savory dishes or sweet creations, this role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

  • Perform all kitchen positions, including pantry and banquet roles, and assist team members with mentorship, training, daily prep, and technique guidance based on business needs.
  • Support the chef during specialty dinners and events with minimal supervision.
  • Create daily features and special menus under the guidance of the chef, aligned with the cuisine theme.
  • Assist with food requisitions and ordering, adhering to budget guidelines with the chef's approval.
  • Lead and manage service in the chef's absence.

Qualifications

  • Formal training or education in culinary arts, with emphasis on pastry and baking techniques.
  • At least one year of Cook II experience or equivalent Cook I experience.
  • Proficiency in various baking methods, including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts.
