Organization - Hyatt Regency DFW Airport

Come be part of our Culinary team as the Pastry Cook at the Hyatt Regency DFW, located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The hotel features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all basic and intermediate pastry skills, including baking, cake decorating, and plate presentation.
  • Operate basic equipment and perform recipe conversions.
  • Assist in directing team members in the supervisor’s absence.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of pastry/baking experience.
  • Culinary degree or relevant hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate pastry skills.
  • Moderate supervision and training required.
