Job Summary

Summary: Creates, plans, and supervises the daily production of top-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily pastry production and distribution.
• Ensures recipes, food costs, and standards are followed; maintains proper food handling and presentation.
• Monitors sanitation and maintenance of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
• Supervises kitchen/pastry staff, including interviewing, scheduling, training, and reviews.
• Assists in planning seasonal menus.
• Manages pastry supplies and inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
