Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or 2 years pastry production experience.
• Safe food handling and safety is a top priority.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
• Flexible schedule based on event demands.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at station on time in proper uniform.
• Work at a brisk, steady pace with multitasking and time management.
• Use scales and recipe cards; perform portion control tests.
• Prepare a variety of baked goods and pastries; decorate and present them attractively.
• Maintain kitchen and equipment in good condition; assist training of new pastry employees.
• Support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality desserts for events.
