Job summary

Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for pastry chef roles to create and supervise top-quality pastries and baked goods. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with 7:30 am–4:30 pm shifts and varying days. Prior professional baking experience is required, with benefits for full-time staff.

You will manage daily pastry production, enforce recipes and standards, and help plan seasonal menus while maintaining quality and safety across the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily production and distribution of pastries, desserts and baked goods.
• Ensures recipes and standards are followed and food costs are controlled.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Oversees sanitation of the pastry kitchen and equipment to meet standards.
• Supervises pastry staff, including scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Helps plan seasonal menus and orders pastry supplies.
