Job summary

North Italia in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Pastry Cook/Baker to craft breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch. You’ll prep, stock, and plate desserts, maintain clean stations, and follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in this capacity.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes.
• Complete prep list, run station efficiently during shift, stock food as needed.
• Portion desserts, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great.
• Keep workstation clean, follow sanitization and food handling standards.
