Anthony Scotto Restaurants - Pastry Chef

Anthony Scotto Restaurants is seeking a Pastry Chef for our Fine Dining restaurant.

Our culinary teams focus on using the finest ingredients, updating menus seasonally, and offering a diverse range of cuisine including sushi, sashimi, exotic beef cuts, and fresh seafood. Our restaurants feature award-winning wine lists and creative desserts prepared by our in-house pastry chefs.

We believe in cultivating our employees to be the best in fine dining. Our Pastry Chefs work closely with Executive Chefs to develop dessert menus that complement our offerings. We seek artistic and innovative individuals to enhance the visual and culinary appeal of our desserts, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and expand our clientele.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities
