Job summary

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Position Overview:

Responsible for properly preparing various types of Pastries & Desserts and to ensure that all presentations are aesthetically appealing and adhere to the Jeff Ruby standard of quality

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare all pastry items in accordance to company approved recipes
• Ensure that all dessert components are fully stocked and prepared for service
• Follows all safety and health rules for sanitary food handling and kitchen cleanliness
• Daily set up of workstation and keeps it neat and clean
• Assists CCM & CCA with monthly inventory counts, controls, and follow up
• Assists coworkers to ensure efficient operation of the lineReview and comprehend recipes and other necessary documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of heat and noise
