Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items in accordance to approved recipes.
• Ensure all dessert components are stocked and prepared for service.
• Follow safety and health rules for sanitary food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
• Daily set up of workstation and keep it neat and clean.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts, controls, and follow up.
• Review and comprehend recipes and other necessary documentation.
