We are a friendly small-town church about 40 miles west of Nashville, with ~50 in weekly attendance. We offer a competitive compensation package and housing may be included; we are open to part-time, full-time, or bi-vocational leadership.

Small Church, Big Heart: Seeking Our Next Pastor

We‘re a friendly small-town church 40 miles west of Nashville, Tennessee, growing in our faith and serving others together. We believe God is moving here and are excited to find a pastor who will get to know us, help us follow Jesus more closely, and gladly lead us through changes that help our church grow. We believe the best fit will be someone whose life experiences and ministry philosophy align well with our church, our community, and our commitment to biblical truth.

We are seeking a pastor who will:

• Teach God’s Word faithfully and lead the church according to the truth of Scripture, not the changing culture.
• Encourage spiritual growth by helping us become stronger disciples of Christ, fostering transformed lives and growth in faith and in our church family.

Our church currently holds a regular Sunday service, including a separate Children’s Church program. We offer a competitive compensation package, which may include a housing package, based on the needs and experience of the selected candidate. We are flexible regarding part-time, full-time, or bi‑vocational employment. We currently have about fifty members in weekly attendance and have been effectively served by an interim part‑time pastor. As God blesses our growth, we anticipate transitioning to full‑time pastoral leadership.
