Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Plant 1 Pasting Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thur, 9:45pm-6:20am) at the Springfield, MO facility. The role focuses on pasting and stacking quality grid plates to keep the production line running smoothly.

You must be able to operate equipment, perform set-ups, monitor quality, and adjust machinery as needed. Required are a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read and write in the local language.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
• Possess a valid forklift driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations.
• Paste quality plates/grids to current production standards.
• Observe pasting operation and clear jams as required.
• Maintain control of product quality.
• Make necessary machine adjustments.
• All other duties as assigned.
