Stryten Energy in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Pasting Department Operator to join our battery manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. You will be responsible for operating equipment, performing first piece inspections, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Computer literate and able to learn standard shop software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the pasting line equipment.
• Perform first piece inspections during the first hour at the assigned station.
• Meet daily production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Occasionally operate forklift to stage pasting stations and move pasted plates.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE policies.
