Qualifikationen

• Experience in Italian, upscale, or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and hardworking.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Prepare sauces, ingredients, garnishes, and other items needed for the pasta station.
• Properly cook and finish pasta dishes to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the pasta and sauté station before and during service.
• Coordinate with other kitchen stations to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Follow proper portioning and recipe standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate preparation or inventory needs.
• Minimize food waste and properly handle ingredients.
• Assist with kitchen preparation and other duties as needed.
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to provide a consistent, high-quality dining experience.
