Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, chemical handling or metal finishing.
• Read and interpret MSDS and process docs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor passivation tanks and related equipment per SOPs.
• Prepare parts for passivation including cleaning, racking, and loading tanks.
• Mix and test chemical solutions; adjust as needed.
• Perform visual inspections before/after treatment for quality.
• Document process parameters, maintenance checks and batch data.
