Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Tank Operator for the Day Shift to operate wet chemistry tanks, verify paperwork, and maintain precise tank records. You will ensure all steps from pre-anodize to post processes are performed correctly and inspect for defects to guarantee product quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety with a 6:30am–3:00pm schedule, Monday–Friday. Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong math skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Runs parts through wet chemistry tanks per process steps.
• Reports discrepancies to Production Supervisor and QC Inspector.
• Verifies paperwork is accurate and prior steps are complete before anodizing.
• Ensures the transposed job number (tape label ID) matches the rack.
• Keeps accurate records of tank line data (temperature, amps, volts, comments, date/initials).
• Inspects each run step for visual imperfections and color issues.
• Reports masking integrity, uniform chromate, and coating thickness deviations prior to sealing.
