Cole Health in The Woodlands/Spring, TX is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or paraprofessionals with at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism to join our on-site team.

The role focuses on implementing behavior support plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervision to support early intervention programs across Houston area. Competitive pay of $18-$20 hourly, with PTO, 401K match, and training opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism.
• Able to work on-site with a collaborative team.
• Willing to participate in competency exams and ongoing training.
• Capacity to collect and summarize data per individualized treatment plan.

Mansioni

• Implement behavior support plans to teach functional language, self-help, social and related skills.
• Work with BCBA and staff for supervision and guidance.
• Attend daily to support early intervention programs.
